The search is on for a mysterious artifact, reputed to possess amazing supernatural powers.  The severed hand of a long-dead wizard is stolen by Mikayla's ninja henchman.  The theft is interrupted by federal agent Chanta Rose.  She tries to stop him, but she's disarmed, hogtied (onscreen) and cleave-gagged.  Once she's helpless, villainess Jodie Baldwin finds Chanta, taunts her and then leaves Chanta to struggle.

No sooner is the hand brought to Mikayla than she's jumped by Jodie and her henchman.  The Asian beauty is frogtied and cleavegagged on the floor.

Jodie prepares for the ceremony to restore power to the hand when Agent Rose enters.  It seems Jodie's minion is secretly working for Chanta and the authorities, and Jodie is promptly tied and cleavegagged.  But then Mikayla's henchman grabs Chanta, and the final treachery is revealed:  the henchmen are working together! 

The three women are bound and helpless when Jodie tries to warn the turncoat that there will be dire consequences if she's not allowed to complete the ceremony, but he ignores her warnings and tapegags her.  

When the hand comes to life and begins creeping on Chanta, she removes the mystical jade ring and frees herself.  Chanta locks the hand back in its box and believes she has the situation under control but the hand escapes again, slowly regaining its power and all three ladies are bound and gagged again.  What will happen to these ladies now that the sorcerer's hand has come back to full power?

The half-hour long story is followed by "Turnabout."  British beauty Goldie Blair is grabbed by Stephanie Anderson and Emily Haykin.  The sinister women leave Goldie bound and bandana-gagged on a bed, but she soon wiggles free and turns the tables on her captors.  Emily is then chairtied and gagged with a bandana, and Stephanie is bound spreadeagle on the bed and cleavegagged with a white cloth.  Goldie leaves the villainesses to struggle while she makes her escape.
