 Late at night, secretary Zoe LeVane is robbed by a masked bandit who leaves her tied and ballgagged. News spreads of “The Ballgag Burglar,” and Loren Chance is confronted in her home by the robber. Later, she recognizes the voice of the janitor in her office as the felon, and he strictly hogties and gags her again. Now on the run, the criminal takes Loren hostage and subjects to more stringent bondage and promises her the ultimate revenge! Can anyone save Loren?

The story is followed by a scene of Barbi Korvette, who is gagged and roped tied into a naked frog-tie. Her mysterious attacker keeps adding more rope, until the busty blonde is tightly bound into an inescapable ball-tie and left to helplessly struggle! All tying and gagging shown completely on-screen!
